Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC)
This is the Chinese government's scholarship. It is free to apply. It pays tuition, a dormitory room, a monthly allowance and insurance. Your daughter lives in a university dormitory in China. Flights are paid by the family.

Tuition, university dormitory, monthly stipend (about CNY 3,000 for Master's, 3,500 for PhD) and health insurance. Airfare is not covered.
