HEC Overseas Scholarship (Master's and PhD)
This is a Government of Pakistan scholarship. It is free apart from a small processing fee. It pays tuition, living costs, flights and insurance. Your daughter studies abroad and returns to serve in Pakistan afterwards.

- Applying is free. This scholarship is offered by Higher Education Commission, a legitimate organization. Nobody should ask you for money to apply.
