Who it's for
Students entering or in the first year of a 4 to 5 year undergraduate program at a public university, with monthly family income up to about PKR 45,000. Priority to BISP-registered families.

Apply online on the HEC e-portal when the cycle opens, then submit the printed form to your university's focal person.
