Tuition and a monthly stipend while you study for your MS/PhD in Pakistan. Check the current phase for amounts.
Who it's for
Pakistani or AJK nationals with 16 years of education and no third division in their career. Direct PhD applicants need CGPA 3.0 (or first division) in MS/MPhil. Age limit 35, or 40 for public-sector faculty and employees. You cannot hold another HEC or government scholarship at the same time.
